# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The jalapeño bread gives you subtle heat in every single bite, not just from the cheese
  • It comes together in under 15 minutes but feels like something special
  • The tomato cuts through the richness so it never feels too heavy
02 -
  • Medium heat is your friend here, high heat burns the bread before the cheese melts
  • Don't rush the flip, give it time to develop that golden crust first
03 -
  • Use a cast iron skillet if you have one, it holds heat evenly and creates the best crust
  • If your cheese isn't melting, tent the pan with foil for a minute to trap the heat
