# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It feels like a full meal but comes together in the time it takes to watch a sitcom episode.
  • The contrast between hot, crispy flatbread and cold, creamy Caesar topping is unexpectedly perfect.
  • You can prep the chicken ahead or swap in rotisserie and still get that homemade taste.
  • It works as lunch, dinner, or sliced into strips for a party without any awkward plating.
02 -
  • Don't skip letting the chicken rest after grilling or it will leak juices all over the flatbread and make it soggy.
  • Toss the lettuce with dressing separately before adding it to the flatbread so you control how much goes on.
  • If your flatbreads are thin, check them at 5 minutes because they can go from golden to burnt fast.
03 -
  • Use a grill pan indoors if you don't want to fire up the outdoor grill, it still gives you those nice char marks.
  • Grate your own parmesan instead of using the pre-grated stuff, it melts better and tastes sharper.
  • If your Caesar dressing is too thick, thin it with a teaspoon of water or lemon juice so it drizzles easily.
