# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It's the breakfast that makes you feel accomplished before you've even had your coffee.
  • No morning cooking means you can actually sit down and eat without stress.
  • The almond butter swirl is like a little reminder that healthy food can taste indulgent.
02 -
  • If you use frozen berries, thaw them completely first or they'll release too much liquid and make the whole thing watery by morning.
  • The swirl matters more than mixing—leaving it as ribbons means you get pockets of pure almond butter, which is the whole point.
03 -
  • Stir your almond butter before using it; the oil separating is natural, but you want it cohesive for the best swirl.
  • If you want extra protein, use Greek yogurt for half of the almond milk—the tang is subtle and it adds a creaminess that changes everything.
